The Reward Phoenix Hot Cupboards designed and built with your specific catering needs in mind and offer you the very best quality, at a price that's affordable.
Available in three models, plain top, heated top and bain-marie top, and in small, medium or large, each hot cupboard has an aluminium interior that combines good heat conductivity with ease of cleaning.
Their double-skinned construction retains heat and restricts surface hot-spots and there's an easy to use thermostatic control to adjust the interior cupboard temperature. The Bain Marie Hot Cupboard includes a separate simmerstat to control the water temperature. Stainless steel perforated shelves allow for excellent air circulation and are easy to clean.
All the hot cupboards are fitted with heavy duty 125mm castors, two of which are swivel, two of which are braked, and a curly electrical lead with plug park for use when mobile. Indeed, Phoenix Hot Cupboards are fully portable, making them a truly versatile solution for School, Restaurant and hotel kitchens.
Although the stainless steel hot cupboards are the most popular choice, the cupboards are available in a colour powder coated or a deluxe wooden finish, meaning they're just as comfortable on show as they are behind the scenes.
